Hi, I’m Anna

I’m a bookkeeper based in Melbourne, Florida, and I work with clients online across Brevard County and the rest of Florida. I trained in U.S. bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online and opened Bookkeeping by Anna to help small business owners who would rather spend their time on their work than on receipts and spreadsheets.

I’m detail-oriented, responsive, and I take on a small number of clients so each one gets my full attention.

Frequently asked

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Everything is done online — video calls on Google Meet, email and messages. You share documents securely, and I work in your QuickBooks Online file.

How does the free intro call work?

Choose any open time online, Monday–Friday, 9 am – 6 pm Eastern Time. You’ll get a calendar invitation with a Google Meet link right away. The call takes up to 30 minutes and there’s no obligation.

What happens on the monthly review call?

After each month closes, we meet on Google Meet for up to an hour. We go through your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet together, and I explain in plain language what changed, why, and what it means for your business. You can ask anything — no question is too basic. The call is included with monthly bookkeeping.

What is the founding client offer?

My first 5 new clients get a free QuickBooks check-up. If your books are behind or need fixing, catch-up and clean-up work is 50% off when you continue with monthly bookkeeping. The offer is valid through December 31, 2026.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many transactions you have each month. After a free intro call you get a clear, fixed monthly price — no surprises.

Do you file taxes?

No. I keep your books accurate and prepare everything your CPA needs, so tax preparation goes faster and smoother.

I don’t use QuickBooks yet. Can you help?

Yes. I can set up QuickBooks Online for your business from the start and connect your bank and credit card accounts.
